I got my first Jeep back in 2017 and after taking the first drive with the doors and top off, I knew I was going to be hooked on Jeeps for the rest of my life. And I'm perfectly fine with that :):)
That first topless drive took me right back to my childhood memories of the endless days of riding dirt bikes and atvs. So, Jeeps naturally fit right into my sense of adventure with riding off-road.
I remember the second I felt the freedom of having no doors or top on that first drive, I asked myself, "Why in the hell did I not buy one of these 10 or 15 years ago???" :):)
A year later I sold the TJ and got a JK with a hardtop, which I quickly learned was a huge pain in the butt to remove. I thought to myself, "It would be so nice if this hardtop had some handles on the sides to make it easier to grab."
The doors were much heavier as well. I could manage the doors but I learned that many Jeepers were not able to take their doors off or they struggled with lining the hinges back up and were really damaging their paint. I definitely did that as well.
Ideas for handles that would allow easier removal started flowing to me and I quickly got to work on building solutions for these problems to serve the amazing Jeeper community. The response has been absolutely amazing.
I've invested so much time, effort, and money into making this into a reality. What's even more interesting is I've had to transform myself into a fabricator, a business person, and consistently learn new skills that I didn't have before.
The best part is that many Jeepers have reported back to me saying their new Five40 tools have allowed them to love their Jeep even more because it removed so much frustration for them. And many Jeepers have told me it was the best purchase they have EVER made for their Jeep. I never thought these tools would be a Jeeper's best purchase ever so that is really awesome.
Thank you for checking out the products and reading my story. I'm looking forward to working on your order. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm always happy to help :)
